How does payment work?
When a business accepts a creator's bid, payment is authorised and held securely in escrow by Stripe. Funds are released to the creator once the business approves the delivered work, or automatically after 72 hours if no action is taken.
What does Louvida cost?
There is no booking fee for businesses. Louvida charges creators a flat 10% platform fee, shown upfront before they bid.
How do creators get paid?
Creators complete a quick Stripe onboarding (identity and bank details). Payouts are then sent automatically by Stripe on a rolling basis once a booking is approved.
How do I report a problem with a user or content?
Open the relevant profile or booking in the app and use the "Report" or "Block" option. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours. You can also email us at support@earthist.com.au.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app, or email support@earthist.com.au and we'll take care of it.
